SCOPE: We provide personal, academic, finance, career and business mentoring services. Whatever your goal is, our aim is to support the mentee’s growth and progress while increasing your sense of empowerment.

OUR MENTORING PROCESS TO SUPPORT YOUR JOURNEY

 

Our process is broken down into stages which are simple, practical and aimed at helping the mentee get the most out of his/her journey.

STEPS AND PRICING

STEP 1 PREPARATION


 Exchange of basic details and profiles between the mentor and mentee


 Mentor and mentee decide how much structure is needed


 Mentor and Mentee will discuss the purpose of mentoring/coaching


 Mentor and mentee will identify practical boundaries and decide on approach

 

STEP 2 GET STARTED


 Mentor and mentee will establish the tone for the relationship


 Mentor and mentee will get to know each other


 Mentor will identify and know the mentee’s aspirations, then


 Mentor and mentee will agree on review methods e.g. exchanging feedback, frequency, etc


 Mentor will maintain the progress and tone of the relationship, carryout informal reviews of process and approach


 

STEP 3: CONSOLIDATE LEARNING


 Mentor and mentee will review progress of the assignment,


 The identify key journey themes/points of learning


 Mentor will offer and request feedback


 Mentor and mentee will identify development methods


 Agree on schedule to complete the mentoring process


STEP 4: PARTING WAYS: COMPLETE THE RELATIONSHIP


 Final summaries and acknowledgements


Agreements/options for future contact


 Informal Discussion to complete the process

 DURING THE FIRST SESSION, OUR SPECIALIST MENTOR WILL HELP YOU IDENTIFY YOUR GOAL[S] AND BARRIERS, FALSE LIMITS OR ROADBLOCKS IN ACHIEVING YOUR GOAL[S]


 AN ACTION PLAN WILL BE DEVELOPED AIMED AT HELPING YOU TO OVERCOME THESE BARRIERS, FALSE LIMITS OR ROAD BLOCKS TO YOUR GOAL OR PROGRESS; AND ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL[S]; USING THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND SUITABLE METHOD YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH.


 THE ACTION PLAN WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE MENTOR AND REVIEWED REGULARLY USING VARIOUS TOOLS INCLUDING JOURNALS AND FEEDBACK FORMS TO EVALUATE PROGRESS, REFLECT ON WHAT WENT WELL, WHAT DID NOT GO WELL AND WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN TO IMPROVE, AND ENSURE THE DESIRED GOAL IS ACHIEVED.


PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE MENTORING PROCESS, SOMETIMES THE MENTOR MAY ACT AS A ROLE MODEL, FRIEND, ENFORCER AND/OR ADVOCATE – HOWEVER, HIS/HER MAIN AIM IS TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL [S] WHILST MAKING A POSITIVE LASTING DIFFERENCE TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PROSPECTS IN LIFE.


PRICING: We charge £50 for one of mentoring. However, customers who book more than 4 hours mentoring per month will receive a 20% discount – hence will be charged £40 per hour. For more information please get in touch.
